Charleston South Carolina Palmetto Tree Medallion Necklace, gold and silver tone

This is a used necklace but is in great condition. I have a high power magnet that doesn't stick at all to the chain and only slightly to pendant. So it may be gold plated. There seems to be some slight tarnishing/discoloration here and there, but nothing bad. There is still a nice shine to it all. I will provide as many pics as I can to show the condition. I see no branding on it, but the clasp has 925 on it, and the clasp ring has 925 on it also, and I think I read hand crafted on it, too. I have a hard time reading any markings. Measurements are: length of chain laid flat is 24" long. Oval Pendant is approximately 1.5" long, 1" wide, and about 1/4" thick. The Pendants silver middle with the state emblem spins around, do the Pendant is reversible. Necklace drops are 11 3/4" chain drop and 13 5/8" drop with the Pendant.
