Metallic pin striping in pastels adds subtle color and style. Pop over design. So soft ! Should fall about mid thigh on most. Nice thick comfortable band of elastic around the top (no scratchies ) My FLAT measurements are length (neckline elastic to hem is 29”, smallest waist is 17”.
