I thrifted this a while back, it is a vintage costume petticoat. Its bright red with two layers of tulle and late trim. It is very fun and eyecatching. I lovee it just have no need for it anymore. It doesnt have a size but I am a XL to XXL and it fit my perfect. I believe its supposed to be a plus size one fits all.

@actionpackedtay hi there it is pretty poofy. I think it can also be poofed up more as I’ve had it folded for a while.
