this is a pretty interesting dress. the body of the dress is half hidden by the built in cape over the dress. the main body of the dress is short sleeves and will be form fitting. the cape is made into the dress. gives a high slightly rounded neckline in front. the cape has an off kilter design so long on one side and shorter on the other and drapes over the arms to approximately the elbow on one side and approx. past the elbow on the other side. the cape's hemline is accented in a white strip. there are large slits on eachs side of the cape so to expose some of your arm to the light. found no issues or flaws. smoke-free home and pet friendly home. measurements in pictures. measurements laying flat with no stretch. rack s, Section B
