Excellent used condition. Possibly new without tags gem. Size 12. A nice neutral tan and cream. This garment has very good lines and attention to detail. I did not open the seams at the pockets to determine if they are true pockets. If not, they are nevertheless incredible. The fabric is a true mid weight fabric in a true,,fine herringbone (the fibers are woven to create the pattern. It is not printed.) The angles are crisp. But it has a really nice feel. This would be an excellent choice for your classic capsule wardrobe. Please plan to dry clean your garment. Do not wash. I find my items at various sources therefore I do not know if they have been exposed to allergens. I do not note any obvious smells, stains, or soiling. I have a brown herringbone midweight wool Chaps jacket sz 12 in my closet. My area is close to the west North Carolina mountains. The passage could be slower than normal, there are still rock slides, and it has been snowing. If you are not willing to possibly wait a few days because of transit issues, please do not purchase.
