Light and breezy black peasant blouse by Chaps. Off white background with black open plaid, beautiful black embroidery and cut outs at hem. Two small buttons and keyhole detail on elastic neckline. Three quarter sleeves with elastic. Fabric is 100% cotton. Looks great dressed up or casual. Pit to pit is 21 inches, length is 23 inches. Machine wash, tumble dry. Worn a handful of times.
