Chap's navy & red sleeveless knit

This is a sweater-knit tank in a dark navy with broad red stripes across the chest. It has a keyhole opening at the back of the neck. This is from my personal closet, but has not been worn much. The fabric is 82% cotton and 18% nylon. Laying flat pit to pit measures about 17....total length from top of the shoulder is 23.
