Chaps blue & white paisley, flutter sleeve blouse, VG to excellent condition, size M. V-neck with ruffle accent. Slightly contoured shape. 100% cotton. 15" shoulder to shoulder, 19" pit to pit, 23" in length, 6.5" sleeve length. 2 very minor stains on inside collar (see photos) I think they are from previously being hung on a wire hanger. Are NOT seen on the outside of blouse (see photo)!
