Chaps Floral Spring Dress. 2 (EUC)

This floral midi dress by Chaps is pretty much the *ideal* spring/Easter dress. Purchased at Kohl’s a few years ago and worn once to a wedding, it is in excellent used condition (EUC). I love it so much because it is so perfectly feminine, but being 5’3”, the bottom of the skirt just hits me lower than I’d like (although it would be an easy garment to get hemmed!).
