This wallet is vintage, dating somewhere between 1996 and 1997. Structurally, it's perfect. There are some smudges and loss of shininess on the patent leather in a few places (see photos). Under the main flap with the CCs, it appears some of the leather from the underside of the flap has rubbed off onto the patent leather (see photos). I do not know how to clean patent leather or care for Chanel products. I have not done anything to this wallet in terms of cleaning/repairs. In the card slots, there are what I believe are original blank card papers that came with the wallet. Beautiful, classy wallet! Feel free to make an offer if interested.
