Bag has been used often and has average to heavy wear. The bag is really strong so can definitely still be used but has soiling, stains, etc. Looks great from a few feet away, but can see the wear up close. Cosmetic wear to handles. Very strong and durable. All snaps and zips working.Bag looks nice and quality from normal distance.
