these chanel heels are very comfy, the most softest leather, its feel very soft on your feet, its says 8 1/2, but I wear size 7 its fit perfectly, it's also can fit 7 1/2 too , Chanel do run small, a tiny scuffs on the heels can't see them when walking, worn 1 time and store then in dust bag and box . the pad on the back is to prevent slip.
