This rare Chanel denim bomber jacket is an icon of Karl Lagerfeld’s Fall/Winter 1991 “Hip Hop” collection, where he reimagined luxury through the lens of early ’90s street culture. Oversized in cut, it is crafted in blue denim with bold fuchsia trim for striking contrast. The front features two faux flap pockets and a button-down closure with 24k gold-plated “CC” logo buttons, blending casual denim with couture detail. The interior reveals a quilted silk lining in Chanel’s vibrant “watches” print, one of the collection’s most memorable motifs.
Famously worn by Linda Evangelista in the F/W 1991 campaign and later seen on Ariana Grande in “Dance to This,” this piece was also modeled by many of the era’s top supermodels.
In good condition with some faint spots at the cuffs, pockets, and collar—visible only on close inspection. Labeled FR34. The jacket will fit multiple sizes due to its oversized cut. Measurements: bust 44", waist 34", length 25", sleeve 22".
The listing is for the denim jacket only; the matching skirt and tweed jacket from this look are offered separately.
