In great preowned condition, the exterior leather is gorgeous, the edges and corner are good. Minor rubbing. There is one section at the edge that is worn as shown. The area where it folds has some wear at the top and bottom, and could use a few stitches to repair it. The interior is very clean, minor wear and aging on the leather.
