callen15 @drsandi ugh so thoroughly confused on sizing. Someone else on here has 38 in beige and black combo that measure approximately 8.75 inches but yours are a smaller sized yet measure bigger. Guess I have to wait until I travel to a place with a boutique to try a pair on 😔

drsandi @callen15 I understand. That’s probably best anyway. I know I had to. That said my only guess is that the other person didn’t account for dip riding to arch. If you pull tape straight across it probably appears shorter I imagine. I rested tape on the bed of shoe insole. See pic I loaded. Hope this helps. Cheers

callen15 @drsandi did you find this shoe to run large size-wise? My foot measures 9.5 inches so it would appear I probably need like a 6.5 (I’m normally a size 7.5)

drsandi @callen15 So after a bit more research I realize I measured wrong. I should’ve pulled taut across to measure. The shoe is a true 7.5 meaning it’s about 9 3/8 inches. This may work perfect for you or you may need more room, like me, to walk comfortably. But the Chanel slingback in my opinion runs normal/narrow vs. wide. If you’re a true 7.5 you definitely don’t want smaller. Hope this helps. :) Note- I need two hands to take measurement so I’ll post updated pic later.
