This is a Vintage Chanel double flap bag.
I got this in Korea at a vintage shop.
It does have a lot of wear on the strap. Also on the inside as well. The gold tone hardware has faded a lot as well. There are stains on the nylon but not too noticeable in person.
Cute bag I always get compliments.

I got it in a shop in Korea and the dimensions are
