kjsklosetfinds @mellybelly914 honestly, it’s hard to explain. It’s certainly not the “shiny” appeal of the smooth leather. But that’s also because it’s classic black. But I wouldn’t quite say matte, because it’s not dull.

kjsklosetfinds @cherylhaarsma you can type in Chanel Warranty Handbags & it says from the point of 2021 & forth, there’s a 5 year warranty. Again, if you did own a current Chanel, you’d see you can genuinely have the hardware replaced, change the chain if anything is wrong, etc. I don’t mean to sound like a snob, I’ve just personally done it
