Beautiful Chanel black cap toe heels. These are a gorgeous, limited edition pair. Size 34.5. Very rare. Heel is capped with Chanel Logo. Kitten heel. Will come in original Chanel dust bags. Small scuffs on white leather. I’ve yet to try to remove. Price reflects this. Worn 2 times, maybe even once! Classic heels.

Oh so do I - customer satisfaction is extremely important to me. I do find it disturbing that the above buyer had such a bad experience. but why post it under your listing when all you can do is give apologies for something you weren’t responsible for.

@iamapickypatty take pictures a ton as soon as you get the item I’m a seller and I buy and I only had that happen to me once I bought a dress it was black was stained with antiperspirant and sweat and had tears I immediately took pics and sent them also wait a couple of days before accepting the item to look it over carefully. I hope your experience gets better many decent sellers on here
