The fabric piping is dirty. There is dirt to the inner sole. There is staining/scuffing throughout the outer patent leather. On the bottom sole of one of the shoes, part of the heel has come off. I can imagine you can still wear them without much issue without getting it fixed, but that might be something you would want to have fixed at a shoe cobbler.
