ftyfadar @kellygalway10 you can submit a request for customer service and they will do it for you. This happened to me before and it was much bigger amount. $20 is not that much, I think they will credit your account. I am sure you will find something nice on posh. Just submit a request to customer service. It might take up to 2 weeks.
