In great preowned condition It's very hard to measure these, but the longest they can be, unstretched, is 38". They're very stretchy, obvs...since they're suspenders. No makers info, size or origin are on them. They could be magical genie suspenders, you'll never know until you get them home and snap them. If a genie appears well, you're welcome.
