A gorgeous cobalt blue off-the-shoulder dress! Perfect condition, worn for one event. Freshly dry cleaned. It’s a size 6 I had it taken in slightly at the waist and length taken off. I’m 5’9” and was wearing 3” heels. This dress could easily be altered to a knee length dress. Purchased from Saks in June 2019.

@holzcarolyn it’s cobalt blue! I would compare it to a royal blue. And yes, as I stated in the description I did take some length off and to give you an idea of how long it is- I am 5’9” and was wearing 3” heels in the photo.
