Chained Tear Earrings

Black polymer clay is marbled with translucent clay and gold leaf.  The clay is cut into 2" x 1" teardrops with a pointed bottom, a raised scrolled design on the top, and then sealed in resin.  The teardrops use gold-plated paddle bails and a 2" piece of gold-plated fancy 2mm oval link chain hangs in front of the teardrop from the bail.  The earrings use gold-plated fishhook earwires and are 2.25" long. Unless noted otherwise, all metal used is hypoallergenic and nickel-free. It is sterling silver, silver or gold-plated silver, or stainless steel. Every item is handcrafted or custom-made; nothing is mass-produced.
