“Chain,Chain,Chain” NWT DRESS ❤️❤️

Cute party dress! Strapless, printed bodice in shades of red, gold and cream on a black background. Solid black skirt. Cute gold chain belt. 92/8 polyester/spandex. Elastic waist. Waist is 13 inches across before stretching. Waist to hem is 17 inches. This dress came from an upscale boutique in my area. Size says medium but it definitely doesn’t appear to be. Looks very much like a petite or small. Has label tags but not price tag.
