Hat is double layered for added warmth against harsh winter temps and flatters many different skin tones and hair styles. These hats are like two in one, which can be worn reversible. Just detach the pompom's elastic loop from the inside button, pull hat inside out, then reattach string through button holes and loop pompom onto button on the reverse side. You can also wear without any pompom if so desired by unlooping pompom elastic from button completely. Please contact me after purchase, if you have a preference on which color side you would rather receive the hat. Otherwise, I will send them out with the most colorful side ready to wear and solids inside. Machine washable and dryable. I would recommend gentle cycle and anything with reds to wash separately for first wash. Remove the pompom (as directed above) prior to washing, as this will keep your pompom looking new and fluffy.
