wowitems Hi Kim Could you please give me some additional information?Do you actually do the authentication?Or do you have a company that?Does it I have a couple of items that I would like to have authenticated?So when a buyer purchases an item, it's already authenticated so it doesn't have to go.Through another process, it can be sent directly to them.Please let me know thank you Lorie

kimposhible__ @wowitems no I go to authentic detective website and submit the listing for authentication. This listing in my closet is for those who are buying items from me that maybe are not yet authenticated but they would prefer that it is.

kimposhible__ @wowitems poshmark will automatically authenticate items that are $500 & up. When you go to ship an item that is over $500 the label you create will be to Posh MARK headquarters. They don’t really provide a certificate of authenticity. They just make sure that fake goods are not being sold on Posh.

wowitems @kimposhible__ so I just want to make sure I understand this correctly.So when you authenticate an item, it still goes to poshmark.Before it goes to the buyer is that correct??

kimposhible__ @wowitems I think it would be best to explain this as two separate events. If you authenticated an item, then you know that it’s authentic, but also you can present the certificate of authenticity in your listing. You can authenticate any size/price item. Separately, if you sell an item that is over $500 it will go to Posh for their authentication.
