I’ve never seen one of these before. Indigenous Rare one of a kind. I think it’s from Thailand. Has semi invisible side pockets. In good condition sturdy and lightweight. I have loved it for years only worn a few times and now it is ready to move on! I’m a size 8 and have worn this with a belt. It’s a large size.
