Ceramic hand-colored fish plate

This piece hung in childhood home since 60's not sure of exact date. It is hand-colored by M.C. Weiler who had signed dish. The dish is trimmed in gold still in good shape. Fish looks like bass or trout sorry I don't know fish. Smoke free home. Feel free to make any offers or bundles.
