Cella and Flo Embroidered Black Maxi Dress

This is a gorgeous black poplin maxi dress with puff sleeves that can be worn on or off shoulder, a smocked back, full skirt, and stunning floral embroidery in blue, silvery green, and raspberry pink. No pockets. Size 4 but runs large and the smocking has a lot of stretch. Excellent condition, worn once. A couple of dust smudges.
