This is a cell phone pouch that has two removeable clips on the top so you can take off the strap, it has a snap closure with 2 inside pockets to fit your phone and more. Measurements are 4 1/2" wide by 9" tall by 1" width. The strap is adjustable and has a 20" drop. Has a small eagle charm on one of the D rings.
