Celine Velvet Beaded Royal Top Needs Zipper

This elegant black top features tons of shiny black glass bugle beads. The rear zipper is broken & needs replacement. Or, you can just remove the zipper & wear open as a vest. Marked a M, I think it’s gonna be a bit tight, but can’t really tell as there is no closure
