I wore it once. ***38 is technically size 8 US but I would say is more like a 6 runs small like all European clothes. Color is navy blue because of lighting I couldn’t capture real color but its a very dark blue it could pass for black. Virgin wool & cashmere blend, all buttons are marked Celine.
