And, the last picture - to the right of the seam near the 12” mark, there is a little circle in the fabric. Is that a hole?

@katnc83 yes belt is included! I have the jacket in storage but yes I think that is a tiny hole that you see in the photo

Can the marks on the arm be covered by patches? Are they located at the forearm or elbow?

@dancingqueen28 yes it could be covered by a patch it’s small, also on inner /back side of sleeve. It’s a little lower than elbow
