A beautiful CeliaB Dress in a size Large. NWT. A must-have party dress for your wardrobe for years to come! I bought this for myself and sized up since I heard this brand runs small. But it didn't fit me as a Medium, so I'd say this particular dress runs TTS (see measurements in photos).
