@coolandmuted mine is the Cefaly Dual. I don’t know much about the different brands. I know there’s a newer version that works with Bluetooth and can help track your migraines.
I can only tell you mine is from around 2021 and was used only a few times because for me it didn’t work. My issue was much more serious.
