Cece Smocked Black Floral Skirt Large

I purchased this, but it's not flattering on me. It's adorable, but it's best for someone with a slim waistline. The two shirts aren't included, but I have them both posted to show outfit ideas. I have this same skirt in white, and it is a size large as well!
