Cece Ruffle Off Shoulder Top

Purchased new, never worn blouse by Cece. It's a sheer, off shoulder top with flowy ruffle sleeves. There is an inner liner so it's not see through. The color is a really pale yellow with blue flowers. Please keep in mind when buying secondhand that there may be light fading or pilling in areas such as the knees, seams, and hems. Hardware may also have light scratches.
