CeCe XL Blouse Top Shirt Popover Textured Scarf Ties Puffed Sleeve Ruffle Fancy

This listing is for a beautiful and very feminine popover blouse from CeCe in size XL. The would fit a Large also a bit more roomy; please see measurement details. The blouse is a lovely textured white fabric and has a black rounded ruffled collar with 2 black scarf like ties down the front center. There is an upper back center slight keyhole that buttons and the sleeves are long and puff out, then tapering in to gathered elastic and then flare out at the cuffs. This blouse has an inner lining and is in very good condition with gentle wear. Very fancy and romantic. The measurements are: Bust is approximately 22 1/2" - 45" with darting Length is approximately 26 1/2" 97% polyester, 3% spandex. 100% polyester lining. Machine wash.
