CeCe Sleeveless White Top Eyelet Lace Dressy or Casual Size M NWT

So cute! This top is from CeCe in white with black trim. It's new with tags from Nordstrom, given as a gift to me but does not fit me. It's called Summer POP and the color on the tag is NEW IVORY. The neckline is adorable with a black bow (sewn down to stay in place at the corners of it) which you can wear open or closed by hook and eye. Fully Lined Fabric content: 95% Polyester, 5% spandex with 100% poly lining. 100% rayon is also on the tag.....doesn't make sense to me unless it is meant to say 95% poly 5% spandex makes rayon which isn't the case, so we're going to ignore that part! Most CeCe tops that I see are the 95%/5% combo. Measurements: about 18" armpit to armpit across chest, and about 23" long down center back. I think this would look great worn outside a pair of black pants or skirt, or make it casual with jeans. Non-smoking home, from my personal closet.
