CeCe Black Ruffle Dress with Button Up Back

Dress is in great condition. It's a combination of sexy and classy in a tint black dress. No stains or rips. The only flaws is there is a small amount of fabric stretch on the left shoulder as pictured. Measurements: Bust- Says 38" but with fabric type and bust I think between 36"-38" Waist-32 to 34" Length-33"
