Caution to the wind summer dress

Beautiful, very low cut , super soft summer dress. Used it a few times, the tag is warn,I always washed it by hand( per tag instructions) Made in Mexico partially made of cotton Size Medium but please follow the measurements: bust, about 16 inch shoulder to shoulder, 20 inch( see pic) length of dress, about 48 inch it is still in great condition
