This is a nearly new Cato's denim skirt. it is a 20W and very cute. It has a slight flared skirt and is long. It has a split in the back that I stiched up from underneath about halfway. I haven't worn it much...because it didn't look as good on me as the other ones I had. But someone would probably love it.
