This colorful top was worn for a successful job interview, so it could work for you, too! Faux wrap shirt, ties on left with a wooden hoop. White shirt placed under it so you could see the pattern and fit, but not included. Dark enough that it can be worn without a shirt but also will with with a cami if you're worried about it shifting. Small snap on the neckline to hold it closed, as well! 3/4 sleeves are the perfect length!
