Cato Women's Sz 26-28W Crinkle fabric blouse top

A blouse made of crinkle type fabric, sort of like broomstick skirts, with an abstract or geometric pattern; 5 buttons on the front. The sleeves are sort bell shape, but I don't know if that's just because of the fabric. There's no cuff. Fabric content is 100% polyester. It measures approx. 27" from the back of the neck to the hem; the width is difficult to determine because it's so stretchy; and the sleeve is approx. 12.5" at the underarm seam.
