Cato Multi Colored Pull On Midi Skirt size 18/20

This cute skirt has a wide waistband and side slits. It has lots if good stretch! The fabrics tag is missing, but I think it is a polyester and spandex blend. Other than that, it is in great condition. I washed and hung to dry. The waist measures 18 inches lying flat and an stretch to 22 inches. The length is 34 inches.
