Cathy Quick Curl 1972 Vintage Mattel Doll 15" Blonde Blue Top White Bottoms. 1.5 This vintage cutie is the Cathy Quick Curl Doll by Mattel. 1972 Mattel, Inc made in Mexico U.S. Patent Pending. Cathy Quick Curl has copper threads woven in her blond hair so you can finger set her hair without water, setting, or waiting. She has a vinyl head with painted features, and a plastic body with jointed limbs. She comes with her original turquoise dress which does show some slight sun bleaching from sitting on the shelf close to a window. Her bottoms and security blankie are not original, but will be included with Cathy. Cathy has been a multi-generational doll and is ready to continue to be loved. She does show some gentle signs of wear, but given her age she is in great shape. The copper wires in her hair still work very well making her hair easy to style. FROM A NON-SMOKING & PET-FREE HOME!!!
