@lizliao sorry for the delay in reply. I have a newborn at home and this fell off my radar. It is 31 inches from waist to hem and 18 inches wide at the hips. Material is quite giving. I am 5’2” and too long on me so I really recommend it for someone a few inches taller wearing size 2 or 4
