This gorgeous black embroidered on Ivory silk blouse is GORGEOUS and in perfect condition! Has 100% silk shell and 100% silk crepe like outer blouse with beautiful intricate embroidery on cuffs and around neck. Cuffs are longer and tight around wrist which causes the sleeves to poof/flow a bit (this is why it appears on the hanger that the cuffs point outward, this is the design). Scarf tie can be tied in knot, bow or left open. This top would look great with leggings of jeans!
