Cathay Collection Black Curly Hair Porcelain Fairy Doll 13/5000

This is a beautiful porcelain black curly hair fairy with antennas. She has a red and black tutu dress. Doll herself is approx 16 inches. Dolls face, arms, hands, legs and feet are in great condition. Black curly is some messy and has feather headband that has some wear. I am guessing she is vintage and does have normal wear (hair & dress) for age. I am not certain of the year of she was made, however she is number 13 out of 5000. Please look at all pictures.
