“Cat on the Statue of Liberty” Framed Print

Framed print of cat atop the Statue of Liberty in New York City. Unfortunately I don't remember the artist's name, and only her initials appear on the print (see last photo). Wooden frame is 9" x 11" and about 3/4" wide. The mat is about 8" x 10" and the opening is about 5" x 7". There is a tiny scratch on the top edge of the frame (zoom in on first photo); the holes in the center of the back of the frame are where the stand was removed so it would hang flat against the wall. The print itself is in like new condition. From a smoke-free, pet-friendly home.
